For those yang ada air cond takde masalah, tapi kalau guna fan aja, dengan keadaan yg berbahang skg ni, boleh guna kaedah berikut;

For those yang ada air cond takde masalah, tapi kalau guna fan aja, dengan keadaan yg berbahang skg ni, boleh guna kaedah berikut;
1. Increase air circulation. Even a hot night is
normally much cooler than your body, so increasing circulation will help
the warm air carry away excess heat from your warmer body. Leave a
window open if it's safe to do so. Multiple windows facing different
directions to admit breezes is even better. Set up a fan.
2. Use a fan and ice to mimic air conditioning. Purchase a commercial bag of ice cubes.
Empty the entire bag into a wide, shallow container (to contain the
water as the ice melts) such as a roasting pan. Place the container of
ice directly in front of the fan (between the fan and you), level with
the top of the bed. The ice-cooled air will be noticeably cooler than
the room air for the amount of time it takes for the ice to melt --
which is as long as it should take for you to fall asleep!
3. Try the ice towel method. Hang a wet towel holding
ice cubes from two chairs. Point a fan at the towel and at you in bed.
The melting ice will wet and chill the towel and the fan will blow that
cold air on you. Place a container under the towel to catch the melting
ice water. You can use a thread to connect the bottom of the towel with
the container to avoid the annoying dripping sound.
4. Keep your neck cool. It works the same way as keeping
your feet cool. Try using a cooling pack that works for you, or simply
just place a damp towel on your neck.
Actually ada banyak lagi cara yg lebih 'cool'..kalau rajin, anda boleh cekidaut kat sini.
